Vladimir Novozhilov:



Surrealist Novozhilov Vladimir Nikolaevich, was born in June, 1965 in the city of Engels, Saratov region.

From childhood Vladimir devoted himself to painting. He has been self-taught through years of creative life and has painted more than 600 artworks since this period of time.
Vladimir didn't enter the Union of artists and does not aspire to the organization of personal exhibitions as considers it to be a tiresome occupation. However in June, 2001 there was his first personal exhibition opened in a night club "Eldorado". The exhibition created a furore and acquainted people with this talented person. The stream of a unrestrained imagination and paradoxical associations of the author has fallen upon spectators.

Most of Vladimir's dreams turned to canvases. He paints the things he hears and have a sensation of. His pictures have defiant boldness, they pass through set of variations: from the initial creative principle and develop into impressing power when images will be turned into energy of his hand, his brush, and then will rush for inconceivable expanses.

The world in Novozhilov's pictures is exactly and carefully reproduced in all details. This world is whimsical, strange, whimsical, it appears in all its completeness, and for all that is full of ineffable beauty.
