Markin Andrey was born in December 30, 1963 in St. Petersburg. He graduated at the School of Restoration Arts and worked as a cabinetmaker. A professional restorer of the museum furniture with more than 20 years experience. Likes drawing since childhood. Attended the four-years course in drawing at Repin Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg in 1989. In the early 90s became interested and tried to experiment with oil painting.
