Was born in 1958, Moscow. The artist graduated from the School Arts in 1981 . He has 3 children. Have been engaged in painting for more than 20 years. The author has developed his own unorthodox method of flower art. Eugeny participated in exhibitions of CHA, Manezh (Moscow). His works are held in personal and corporate collections in different countries.
