4. As soon as we get confirmation that payment has been received your artwork will be delivered. 5. When you receive the artwork you check its safety. You will have 5 days to return the artwork if for some reason you are not satisfied with its quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your painting, you may return it within 5 days after receiving. We keep your funds and do not release them to the artist until you receive the artwork and send us an e-mail message confirming that you are satisfied with the painting. Even if there is no a confirmation letter from you we keep money until the inspection period expires. Only then we send money to the artist. So we act as an intermediary between you and the artist.

We will refund the full amount of your deposit (shipping costs are non-refundable). You'll have to pay for return shipping and the artwork must be returned in perfect condition, you must use the same postal express service.
