Zurab “Shel” Shelbaev

Born in Maykop, a small town in the south of Russia . There graduated from The College of Arts, the Faculty of Oil-Painting, then studied in The Academy of Arts in Krasnodar . Having seen army service in 2005, domiciled in Moscow .

The first sellings of his pictures were in the age of 19 years old in his native town.

For the present, some of the pictures have been bought by private individuals (Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Paris, New York), as well as by galleries of Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Novosibirsk (The Gallery of The School of Modern Arts owned by Tseretely, The Art Gallery at Nevsky Prospect, The Museum of the Funereal Culture).
