Grandson of the famous poet Dmitry Kedrin (1907-1945). In 1979 he finished Krasnopresnenskaya children's art school in Moscow. In 1986 the artist graduated Moscow Polygraphic Institute, in specialty graphic artist 1986-1996 - worked in graphic arts and illustration. The member of Moscow Union of Artists (section of painting) since 1997. Since 1989 - the member of 80 personal and group exhibitions in Russia and abroad. In 1998 the artist won the 1st place at The National Festival "Golden Brush of Russia", Moscow. 2009 - the winner of the Showdown at Saatchi Online Gallery (London). 2012 - the student of "Creative Wednesdays" club (CHA, Moscow).
