My name is Kulagin Oleg, I was born in Aktyubinsk (Kazakhstan) in 1971, studied at art school of Aktyubinsk.

Since childhood I dreamed of a sea, of distant journeys. I studied at the Astrakhan nautical school. Participated in a training cruise on a sailing three-masted vessel "Comrade." Always drew a lot.
In 1989 I entered the Vlasov Astrakhan Art School (the pedagogical department)
Currently I'm a freelance artist. The sea with its endless mystery and beauty is the main theme in my works.
