The Architectural academy diploma didn’t prevent him from finding his own original style, breaking bounds of academic fine arts schooling.
Personal and group contemporary art exhibitions brought the popularity to the artist among experts. Deliberate intellectuality, evident references to the masterpieces of world literature, philosophy and cinema – make his works “painting for intellectuals” by pithy expression of one of Alex Nam’s collectors and fans. But for all that this peculiarity doesn’t entail the artist’s pride and self-conceit. All his artworks are full of genuine feelings. The artist's paintings adorn personal collections of connoisseurs all over the world.
The displayed paintings – the paintings which had been in “not for sale” status for a long period of time. But old paintings like seasoned wine - don’t lose value as time goes by and rated highly among true experts.
