The artist was born in Rostov-on-Don in 1967, got a higher education. Was engaged in painting under the influence and under the direction of S.N.Fedunov, Head of the chair in Stroganov Moscow State University of Arts and Industry. Igor Klimov is the member of International Association "Union of designers". Now he is working as a leading artist in Stained Glass & Design Art Studio "KLiLiaL".
