Graduated from the Kazan Art School's, was studying at the artistic-graphic faculty of the Gertzen State Pedagogical University, St. Petersburg, Russia. Then there were two years of studies in Ilya Repin St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Fine Arts. Living in Kazan the artist took an active part in various city exhibitions. The artist performed restoration work for the St. Peter's and St. Paul's Cathedral in Kazan, namely the restoration of the iconostasis (woodcarving, gilding works), restoration of icons and interior design. Somewhere in the mid 90's the artist started painting portraits at Bauman Street (our Kazan "Arbat") where I continue working each season. Currently I'm paintings landscapes, making portraits. Sometimes I take up restoration works, make small space interior decorating.
