His works were exhibited in major international exhibitions in the USA (1965 ) and Milan (1970). Collections of his paintings are held in the club of modern art in Moscow, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
The image of nature in artist's landscapes is lyrical and deeply human. He was able to capture the inner essence of a thing
despite its outward lackluster
appearance, he could show every part of nature as a part of so infinitely dear and
intimate world
to Russian people.
His
point of view
on the surrounding world is a bit wistful, as if it's been spellbound by transience of life; his landscapes are full of the mood of light quiet joy and deep admiration for the beauty of Russian nature.
