Was born in 1962 in Samarkand, the ancient city of Central Asia. Had been an army officer (Central Asia, Mongolia, Latvia) for 14 years. Now live in Voronezh, in the city where my great-grandfather built ships for Peter the Great. Self-taught artist. Artworks are held in personal and corporate collections of Russia, Israel, Germany and the countries CIS.
The desire to express the ideas with the help of a pencil appeared in the childhood. And fifteen years ago I started working with wood. Not wishing to copy well-known works, I created my own figures, - the personal form of abstract perception, illusion.
What meaning does my abstract sculpture have for me? It is like the history of a falling glass, we never know what happens with it - unknown, fragile, fearful, but so interesting.
