Rodion Kachanoff was born in Russia. He has been practicing painting since his early childhood, but he was involved more systematically since he was located in Greece in 1994.

In Athens he studied in the department of art painting in Vakalo school of art, from which he graduated in 2002. He has also participated in every exhibition of his school.

He has performed his first personal exhibition in the Art and Civilization’s gallery “ 8 West ” in February 2003.

He has also exhibited his work in the bar called “ group therapy ” in the area of Psirri in 2004.

He has participated in an exhibition of artistic creativity of immigrants, which was organized by the ministry of Civilization at the research centre of new ceramics in 2004.

Also he took part in the group exhibition “ art for life ” at the cultural municipal centre of Athens “ Melina ” in 2004.

Furthermore, he has participated in the group exhibition at the gallery “ ARTOWER AGORA ” in December 2006.
