Andrei Alferov, finished Irkutsk Art School in 1998. The first exhibition was held in November 2004.

In 2006-2008 the artist spent seven personal exhibitions.

2001-2006 – Irkutsk State University, where the artist obtained a law degree.

2001-2006 – Irkutsk State University (correspondence department), qualification - teacher in History.

Since 2006 he has been a (full-time) graduate student of the Law Institute of Irkutsk State University.
In October 2009 he finished post-graduate course and defended his dissertation.

A member of Russian Political Science Association

The member of the Public Chamber of the Irkutsk Region.

Since May 2010 - an adviser to the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (Legal Science section).
Since 2011 - a postgraduate student of the Institute of State and Law Sciences of RANS.
